I designed this journal with you in mind. Two weeks into my recovery from liposuction with fat transfer to my hips, I kept landing on the same thought over and over - I couldn't believe how incredibly unprepared I was for this entire thing. It took me over a year but I vowed to create something that would make the journey of elective surgery that much easier for at least one person. I hope that person is you.
